RECEIP AND RETURN POLICY

We believe you will be happy with the MBARQGO products you purchase from us.

We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, you may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

If the return is a result of our error and only in this case, we'll pay the return shipping costs

If you wish to return the item(s) purchased, please contact us by email and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.

If the returned good(s) is received damaged and/or if the damage occurs during the returning transportation, MBARQGO reserves the right to refuse treatment and refund of this product(s).

Reimbursement will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned item.
